How do I sign up for a Membership?
It’s quick and easy to sign up! Go to Shop on the website and select a Recurring Plan and complete the forms on our secure site. You may also initiate a Fast Pass Membership at the on-site pay stations. Or simply ask one of our on-site staff to sign you up in person. Please note: the day your membership is established and confirmed with either our receipt or an email from Snappy Car Wash, will be the day your account is billed each month. Your account will be billed automatically unless your credit card is not accepted, or you wish to terminate your membership. Still have questions, ask one of our Snappy staff members and they will be happy to help.
When will I be billed for my Membership?
The day you sign up for your Fast Pass Membership becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. No hassle and no fuss! Plus, it’s easy to update or cancel your membership.
Can I have more than one vehicle on my Membership?
Yes. A Fast Pass Family Membership account can have multiple license plates associated with it (up to 4). The first vehicle will be charged the full membership price and each additional vehicle thereafter will be charged at a discounted rate (see plans for pricing). When a membership account has multiple license plates each tag is linked to a specific vehicle license plate. For example, the Smith’s Family Snappy Special Plan has four vehicles, each with its own license plate. The first vehicle is charged $39/Month and the additional three vehicles are charged $29/Month. That equates to $126/Month for the Family Snappy Special Plan with four vehicles. Please note this program is for personal use only, no taxis, limos, shuttles or app-based transportation services. How do I cancel or update my Membership?
You can cancel or update your membership at any time on your Account Management profile, or at our location. We will send you a confirmation email after your information has been entered. You may also email us at hello@snappycarwash.net. We will need your name, email, and vehicle make, model, and license tag number.
Will I receive a refund after I cancel my Membership?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until the day before your next billing date.
